Victor N. Ten Brink
Victor N. Ten Brink attended law school at the University of Michigan (1983) and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio (1979).
He has practiced law in Bowling Green since 1983 and has concentrated his practice in the areas of business law and nonprofit/exempt organizations law.
Mr. Ten Brink represents businesses in areas of formation, acquisitions, international and domestic transactions, and other complex transactions. He serves on the Board of Directors of a number of businesses.
He also represents numerous non-profit organizations throughout Ohio and the Midwest and has been active in and has served on the Boards of many charitable organizations. He previously published the Ohio Church Law Report, a legal newsletter, and has written extensively on nonprofit law issues and conducted legal seminars in the area of exempt organizations.
Mr. Ten Brink is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Michigan. He resides with his wife, Michelle, in Bowling Green, Ohio, and has two adult sons.
