his father, Robert R. Harms, attended law school at the University of Denver;
Moved back to Bowling Green with family and attended
school at Kenwood Elementary School, Bowling Green Junior High School,
and Bowling Green Senior High School;
Employed at A&P Tea Co. as grocery stock clerk
from 1966 through 1972;
Graduated from Bowling Green High School in 1968;
Graduated from Bowling Green State University in
1973 with a B.S (Technology) degree;
Employed as manufacturing quality control engineer
with Xerox Corporation in Webster (Rochester), New York, and in Oakbrook
(Chicago), Illinois, from 1972 until 1974;
Graduated from the University of Toledo College of
Law in 1977;
Admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in November,
1977;
Practiced law with his father, Robert R. Harms, at
123 N. Prospect Street, Bowling Green, Ohio from 1977 until his father's
death in 1988;
Practiced law with James M. Sharp at same location
from 1989 through 1991;
The law firm of Harms & Sharp merged with the
law firm of Twyman, Nelson & Ten Brink in February, 1992, at 519 W.
Wooster Street, Center Suite, Bowling Green, Ohio;
Rob limits his practice to Real Estate, Probate,
Estate Planning and Taxation;
Rob has been an agent for the PORT LAWRENCE TITLE
& TRUST COMPANY since 1988, providing Port Lawrence and First American
Title Insurance Company title work for residential, farm and industrial
clients;

Rob has used his interest in and knowledge
